  • What's the difference between ready to ship and pre-order?

    Most of our candles are pre-made and ready to ship but some special items you are able to select your scent. We also note this on our shop page with banners on our item photos: pre-order & ready to ship so that there is no confusion.

    With our pre-order items, a candle must be left to cure for 14 days (2 weeks) after being poured to ensure that the scent that you select is at its best and ready for you. This means that there will be at least 2.5 weeks before the item can be shipped so please keep this in mind if you select this option.

  • What type of wax and fragrances do you use?

    Both our candles and fragrances are paraben free.

    Our wax is soy, made using US-grown soy beans.

    Fragrance oils consist of many aromatic ingredients. Some are made naturally and others synthetically. Natural fragrances are extracted from plants or flowers and synthetic fragrances are manufactured from man-made materials. We will make a note on the fragrance so that you know when choosing your scent.

  • How do I know when my candle is finished?

    Don’t burn all the wax. Once the wax has reached ½ inch in the bottom of the glass container, it is time to stop burning it. The flame needs a solid wax base to avoid overheating the vessel.

  • Why is candle care important?

    Candle care is essential for your candles to last longer, allowing for a more controlled flame and less smoke.

  • How do you take care of a candle wick?

    Keep your candle wick trimmed before each burn. This step prevents black residue around your candle jar. Short wicks allow for a more controlled flame adding longevity to your candle.

  • How long do your candles last?

    This is a hard one to answer! As most of our beloved candles are hand selected because of their differing designs and styles, mostly no two are the same so they aren’t tried and tested!

  • How do you take care of a candle wick?

  • How long can I leave my candle burning?

    As a general rule, we recommend not leaving burning candles for longer than two to four hours and ensure that you do not leave your candle burning unattended. After you put out a candle, let it cool for at least two hours before relighting it. Do not leave your candle unattended.

  • How long does it take for me to get my candle?

    Well, first things first. If you select pre-order there will be a delay with shipment of 2-2.5 weeks as we will specially hand-pour your selected fragrance into your vessel.

    Now that we have that out of the way, items will be sent within three business days to your location. We ship around 90% of our items around the United States. Some items are honestly too big to be posted! but if you do want these items we can try to work out how much it will cost for delivery so shoot us a message.

    The cost for postage will vary dependent on the weight and dimensions of the vessel. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the chosen shipping method.

    We also allow for collection or delivery around Long Beach, Orange County and Los Angeles County.

  • I entered the wrong shipping address. What do I do?

    It happens! If your order has not been shipped, we can assist you in correcting the shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address. However, if the order has already been shipped, we are not responsible for missing orders sent to incorrect or undeliverable addresses.

  • How does postage and delivery work?

    We ship all items by USPS and it is calculated by weight. Some items are heavy (weight in description) so please keep this in mind.

    If you are in the Los Angeles or Orange County areas, we can deliver your candle to you. Deliveries occur on weekends. If you would like the item delivered, please select this option at checkout. If you want to collect the item, please shoot us a message first and let’s discuss!

    We also used recycled boxes and packing materials to ship our items instead of adding more trash to landfills. Please keep this in mind when ordering. We try to make it look as good as possible for you but in our minds the most important thing isnt how the packaging looks but how safely and securely the item arrives to you.

  • Can I return my item?

    We do not accept returns on items sold.
